Nipco Acalypha Indica Mother Tincture is a multipurpose homeopathic remedy which is primarily used for the treatment of infections of the respiratory organs. It cures abnormalities in the respiratory tract which is helpful in relieving whopping dry cough and treats conditions associated with tuberculosis of lungs. It is also an effective remedy for the treatment of digestive disorders including diarrhoea with a loss of appetite and fever. It also provides relief from ailments related to hemorrhoid’s.

Directions For Use:

Take 10-15 drops of Mother Tincture in 1 teaspoon of water three times a day or as directed by the physician.

A drug having a marked action on the alimentary canal and respiratory organs. It is indicated in incipient phthisis, with hard, racking cough, bloody expectoration, arterial hemorrhage, but no febrile disturbance. Very weak in the morning, gains strength during day. Progressive emaciation. All pathological hemorrhages having notably a morning aggravation.

Chest – Cough dry, hard, followed by hemoptysis; worse in morning and at night. Constant and severe pain in chest. Blood bright red and not profuse in morning; dark and clotted in afternoon. Pulse soft and compressible. Burning in pharynx, esophagus, and stomach.

Abdomen – Burning in intestines. Spluttering diarrheas’ with forcible expulsion of noisy flatus, bearing down pains and tenesmus. Rumbling distention, and griping pain in abdomen. Rectal hemorrhage; worse in morning.

Skin – Jaundice. Itching and circumscribed furuncle-like swellings.

Modalities – Worse in morning.
